Real Wedding

Lindsey & Connor: Real Wedding

Since I’ve been focusing so much lately on choosing a color scheme, I wanted to take today to highlight a real wedding. This wedding features a color palette I really loved. Lindsey and Connor’s wedding was so intimate and beautiful. Because of the smaller guest count, they really wanted flowers to be a highlight of their day. They made a stand-out romantic statement. I love when I get to go a little all out! The couple chose a really beautiful, neutral color palette for their wedding this year.

Lindsey and Connor wanted their day to focus closely on their love, and we were so happy to create a floral palette to accent that. They chose a really beautiful neutral palette, featuring white, tan, cream, blush and a light peach. Choosing mostly neutrals with one accent color allowed their accent color to draw the eye without feeling too overpowering. The blush accent color was also pulled into the floral wrap, the flower crown ties and the bridesmaid’s dress. The groom’s attire was kept neutral to complement the bride and the florals.

The neutral color scheme worked as a backdrop to accent the beautiful dinner choices they made, from their sweetheart table to the table settings for their guests. They also accented the table with gorgeous, matching floral arrangements that complemented the arch and bridal bouquet. Using earthy neutrals in place settings, and gorgeous wicker chairs at their sweetheart table, the two of them really were the focus of the day.
